What is Pony Club?

Pony Club is an international youth organization devoted to educating our young people about horses and riding. Each month thousands of self-run community Pony Clubs have rallies, clinics, camps and competitions giving members and their families the opportunity to meet and socialize in a fun, safe and inclusive environment. The Pony Club organization exists in over 30 countries worldwide. Chiltern District Pony Club is a part of Pony Club Victoria.

 

Why is it fun? Learning horse mastership skills and to ride can be a challenging task at times and Pony Club is here to help make it an enjoyable and safe journey. You can connect with other horsey families, instructors and knowledgeable leaders in your community. Our lessons are designed to engage our members while helping develop skills. Parents and carers can relax and chat with other like-minded adults.

 

Who can come? Any children aged 4yo-25yo can join Pony Club. Adult memberships are also available. Pony Club is here to help families have fun, relax and to build friendships that last beyond Pony Club. Pony Clubs work best when we are inclusive of all, creating an open, welcoming and friendly environment for all members and their families, no matter their circumstances, backgrounds or cultural identity.
